I schedule an oil change over the phone. When I dropped off my car at 7am, they had no record of my appointment. I asked to have my blinker bulb replaced during drop off. When I picked up at 5pm, I paid my very large bill for new spark plugs and battery and drove away. Was frustrated to find that my blinker bulb was still out so had to return to store. They asked the technician if the bulb had been replaced and he said the blinker was not working. No one could answer why I was not told about the problem when I drove away. Was told to drop car off again the following Saturday for diagnostic. When I called 2 days prior, they again did not have my appointment. Had to report other issues following 1st visit (rear wiper control and radio volume control on steering wheel were not working). After keeping my car again from 7am-5pm, they did fix the blinker and waived the diagnostic fee. However, I was very frustrated to waste 2 full Saturdays and to not be told about the blinker on 1st visit

I accidentally hit debris on I270 heading to work and ended up with a flat tire. I had the tow truck driver drop me off at Dobbs and within a couple of hours I was on my way back to work. This really helped to relieve my stress that day.
