Both Mike and Chris greeted me when I first walked in. They remembered me by my name and cars I have. They called me right away when the car was ready to pick up. Never up sale. Even reminded me perks I was entitled (free rotation) without me mentioning. Always great service!
They were able to get me in quickly, and completed the work in a timely manner.

Robb's was able to get my vehicle in the next day despite me being a "walk-in". I've had many visits to Dobbs for multiple vehicles and the technicians have always been courteous and professional, with the service being exemplary.
