The service lady gave me great information, on my purchase of new truck tires. The installation time was minimal. I also received a inspection, and full details on tire rotation, and repair if need be.
My visit was excellent on a scal of 1-10 10 being the best I give my visit a 10
The Audi tires were making a wa-wa sound. I told the associate(no name tag) to rotate and balance the tires, check the alloy wheels and check the alignment. When the associate called he told me one wheel was damaged and could not be balanced and needed repair/replacement from Audi. I picked up the car and was still charged the full $39.95 for three wheels and was charged for an alignment-full price. The problem: no one called to let me know the alignment would be done. I did not give my permission for the alignment work to be performed. And yet Billy, the manager, offered no substantial discount, just an excuse to tell me someone was supposed to have told me and he would make sure it didn't happen to me again. So, instead of a $40 bill, I was surprised with a $150 charge. I have been going to this location for more than two decades and it appears the quality of staff is degrading and the work is not being held to the same exemplary standards promised by Mr. Dobbs.
They did a great job on my oil change.

I went in for 30k service but I changed my air filter myself. I unbuckled the housing for the air filter the same day as my services. The hoses fall off no tights the clamp after my air induction service. I am left wondering what else is loose.
Needed service with a short deadline. They met it with 10 minutes to spare. Always helpful.

I went in for inspection but wasn't sure if I needed them, I just assumed I did. I asked for inspection but asked lady at the desk if she could check to see if I needed the emissions. Low and behold, she looked on her computer and said yes,. Therefore, after the supposedly trusting place that I take my car did bith inspection and emissions and I didn't need either!!!!! They are suppose to know what cars need inspections, I thought. Needless to say I was wrong and feel taken advantage of, again!!!!
Turnaround time for service was about an hour which I expected for an oil change only issue was when I left and got on the highway my hood popped open.
