Super helpful

I got in my car and noticed tire pressure was super low, big nail! I was worried i would have to get a whole tire since this is a new car and my last car had the tire warranties with Dobbs but luckily when I called the store mgr let me know depending where the nail was located would determine the repair. Thank goodness i took it in and got $30 repair vs a new tire.

battery replacement

For the most part the shop gets the job done, but once I leave - I always find something wrong - which upon bringing to their attention, they don't know how it happened - once a broken key fob where the technician abuses it - this last time, my SRS light came on after they swapped my battery out. I called back and got "Tom", who immediately recommends a $116 diagnostic and if I don't, there must be a problem in my electrical system (that was not the case before bringing it in)! they never want to take responsibility for it. I would have not had this experience at the Broadway or Brentwood location.

Fixed forever?

Very disappointed that I was charged $120 for a diagnostic to tell me that nothing was wrong. I still believe my vehicle is not sitting at the correct ride height and that the ride height control sensor that was installed at this location is not functioning properly.

Pretty good, but I had to go and ask for my car ( I saw it parked) they were busy trying to assist the newcomers but I felt like they should get rid of me a sap.
