2 Tires and a lot of time

I came in with a 1;00 appointment purposefully to avoid a long wait. I was in earlier that morning and was told that if I wanted to wait it would be about 2 hours. Instead I made an appointment to come back thinking with an appointment it would be as long a wait. I waited over 2.75 hours for two tires and an alignment. That is ridiculously long. Changing two tires shouldn't take more than a 1/2 hour and an alignment even one that is way out shouldn't take more than an hour.
