Didn't tell my sensor was replaced with a rubber.. took my money and tried to clean up a lie..

In, up, fixed, out. Very catchy slogan. I have been taking my cars to this location for about 25 years so most times things go very well. I had taken my car to Firestone and had several issues with them. Dobbs was able to diagnose and fix my problem but I would like to give these suggestions to the Dobbs company. 1. IN - Please give better timing information. (It took from Tuesday morning to Thursday afternoon to diagnosis and complete the repair.) 2. UP - Make sure your customer knows when you plan to start the repair especially if there will be delays because of personnel or other special circumstances. Periodic calls would be appreciated. 3. FIXED - Check and recheck EVERYTHING. The little things that you don't check can be critical to a safe drive. OUT - The end is always a good feeling even though my wallet was a lot lighter.

Safety Emissions test

Mechanic found an issue while doing the test and he resolved my issue. He was very professional.

The lady greeting you and taking care of what service you need is very good. She answers all your questions , and make you feel welcome. She has a big job and does it very well. Dobbs is a good company.

Door Latch Repair

I had problems with my car door freezing and not staying closed in cold weather. Dobbs fixed this problem in a short time.

The lady at the Customer service desk does have a good attitude this is my second time at this location and I will not return, I ask her about my job discount and she cut me off so quick to say she gave it to me but how could you have given it to me and you didn't know where I worked the men are fine, she just need to have training in Customer services

Oil Tire Wiper Dec 2018

While getting an oil change, I asked for new wipers and to check the left rear tire. The tire is still running lower than the others and the wipers were not replaced.
