Went in for rotations and balance, they found a nail in one tire. Had them fix it, complete the rotation and balance. The only thing that was bad in my opinion, they didn't check the air in the other 3 tires, which were at 22 to 25 lbs, and are supposed to be at 32 psi. Other than that, the tires are balanced great, no more bounce.
Dobbs got me fixed and back on the road again
I was very pleased with Bruce, the manager, the way he wrote the order and kept us informed about the diagnosis and the cost to repair. We are happy that the problem has been taken care of and the car is running good. We would be coming to Dobbs for all our future auto repair.

Service was friendly, professional and fast!
So I received a call from my wife on Friday afternoon and was told the tie was flat on our Impala. As I work downtown, there was nothing I could do until 5 PM when I got home. I put air in (and heard it rushing out) and rushed over to Dobb's in Ballwin. Thinking I would have to leave it there until morning. The young man (I don't remember his name) said, "No problem, we can check it out right away" He cam and told me the hole couldn't be fixed, but since we bought the tires there, he could pro-rate a replacement. Long story short, I had a new tire and on my way home within 30 minutes. WOW.
