Very easy to schedule and have work performed within our timeframes. Work was done quickly and efficiently. Updates almost always include "up Sells" but not heavy handed. Would like to have a printed service history on our vehicle, not sure who can help with that?
Quick in and out
Dobb's on Manchester did a great Job! I noticed Thursday night that my daughter's Jeep was due this month for inspection. They worked it in on Saturday and noted that the differential case was leaking (good catch) fixed and done!
Had an AC check performed. Reported that AC was working fine, so I told them had issues with fan blowing. So rechecked it, and still got work done in time for us to leave for the weekend. Very satisfied!

I have been using this Dobbs location for 7 years now and have referred friends and family. Warranties are great, they don't sell me anything I don't need, they work with me on "band aids" if possible when finances are tight. Always friendly and helpful.
