I thought I made a oil change apt for our Ballwin Dobbs. Unfortunately I did not, made it for the Ellisville location. However despite having people waiting, the gentleman said he would get it in as quickly as he could. I was surprised how quickly my oil changed was completed. My car was done in less than a hour. Excellent service and kindness. Thanks

Management Staff

I have not been here for quite a long time due to the previous management being so very very bad. I came here today to get a simple state inspection. Fully knowing exactly what would be needed for my car to pass. I met the new management team of Joe Lim and Jim Yackley and dropped off my car to get inspected. When the car was ready and I was told it just needed brakes done I approved the work. Clearly the new management team here now is so much more pleasant and truly customer oriented, as both of these men not only treated me right but were helpful and very open, friendly and courteous as well. I know this store lost business in the past, due to horrific management at the time, but now I will tell others to reach back out and use this location again.

we love this dobbs and have taken our cars there for many years. this last visit the problem was not fixed so i'll be taking it back in for same issue, i'm sure they will fix it this time.

Good experience

I received good welcome and timely service and am pleased with the tires I bought. All involved were courteous and helpful from the front desk to the tech.

In-Up-Fixed-OUT!!!!

Dropped my daughter's vehicle off early in the am. Before noon they called to say it was ready. Checked to make sure we didn't need to rotate tire but did offer a new air filter which we needed and it was ready to go! Always a pleasure to work with these people. The staff is friendly and gets the job done correctly! I recommend to all my family and friends
