Service/cost

Arrived at 7:00am and told desk clerk that I needed drivers side hub wheel bearing assembly replaced. He said staff that performed this type of work would not be in until 8:00am. At 9:15 am service manager came to waiting room to tell me I needed drivers side hub wheel assembly replaced. He quoted a price and asked if I approved the work so they could get the part in. I told him the price was way too high since I could buy the part my self for $55.00. He stammered around and I told him I needed to get to work so it had to be fixed. It was after 11:00am before completed and I was charged $475.00. Have been doing business there for years but when I had an emergency repair they stuck it to me. I will not return.

18 yr old son asked me to check his tire when I discovered the front tires wire showing due to alignment being out. I stopped by Dobbs and received a quote for my son and gave it to him to schedule the appointment. 100 yards. prior to pulling into the Dobbs lot one of the front tires blew out. My son limped into Dobbs and they took great care of him. I always know that Dobbs will take care of my kids!

Electric Lock Repair

The Dobbs guys did a great job and for what I thought was a very reasonable price. Very happy with the service, the timing and the cost.
