Repairs to Older Vehicle

I took an older vehicle in to Dobbs for an oil change, transmission fluid change and general check up before a road trip. They did a great job and had everything ready when they said they would.

New struts and springs

I was very pleased with the service and repair . The service manager quoted a fair price for the work. Dobbs provided a ride home and a return trip in the afternoon. Much appreciated. Very good customer service.

Blown out tire replaced

I brought in my van to have flat tire replaced. My van had the spare on it, so I thought they would put on my new tire and put the spare back. My spare was just left in my trunk. I was a little disappointed. I thought they would have returned my spare to where it belongs. I have been bringing my cars to Dobbs at the Brentwood Promenade and Arnold locations for over 10 years and spent thousands of dollars (look it up). I was disappointed in the level of service.

Very pleased

I was very pleased with the service and promptness of making an appointment, the employee at the front counter, and the repairs that were performed. Price was lower then I expected and repair was done in a timely fashion. Very pleased, I will be back.

Tires

I was in and out in an hour this time. Ended up getting 2 new tires since a staple went thru the sidewall.
