The service and work performed was fine. The bathrooms were dirty; floor, sink, etc.

New tires

2011 Sonata

Took car in for alignment, rotate/balance and front struts on 10/1/16. Car was fine before visit and was taken in for these preventive maintenance items. Manager said that struts didn't fit and he would order struts. After leaving on 10/1, car shook badly at highway speeds. Returned car on 10/4 and tires were balanced (again?). After leaving shop, noticed car was pulling to the right. Returned on 10/8/16 for strut replacement. Left shop and car still pulling to the right. Returned on 10/10/16 and shop manager indicated he was unable to fix car.This car never pulled to the right (or left) until my initial visit on 10/1/16. I believe the front end was damaged during the time the poorly fitting struts were installed/uninstalled on 10/1/16. I took a car in that worked fine. Two weeks and over $500 later, I'm left taking it to another shop for repairs.I have been a loyal Dobb's customer since 2009. I will never visit the Dobb's location in Arnold again.

OIL CHANGE AND ROTATION

I made an appointment and was taken fairly quick. However, a lady who came in after me with an appt. was not taken for 40 min. She had to leave. My oil change and tire rotation took an hour and 15 min. too long I think. I do like DOBBS though.
