Repeat customer for several years. Had new tires installed on Dodge Ram and state inspection performed early April. Lug nuts were over torqued and rotors warped. Lug nuts were installed with impact and dented/ damaged. Returned vehicle to them with less than a 100 miles and was told it needed new brake pads and rotors.. they did acknowledge the damaged lug nut issue and replaced. Note customer was told Vehicle now needs a brake job (worn out pads) after less than two weeks and a 100 miles from passing their safety inspection. After having the brake work done we discovered a high speed shake in the front end when traveling on the interstate. Another trip to a reputable tire shop found the tires were out of balance and needed rework which corrected the issue. We will not be doing business with Hornsby again and as you continue to ask for review comments. As you can see from our dissatisfied service above suggest you remove us from further review submissions. Service is not what it was!

AWESOME! Had me in and out of there in a hurry even though I did not have an appointment and there were four customers ahead of me. I had a slow leak in a tire.

The guy at the desk - Jeff - continues to be such a jerk to me. The last time I was there was in November of 2023, I said to the cashier I dont know why I keep coming back here. I told her my negative interaction with Jeff that day.but I did go back and again, his response to something I stated, wasnt necessary or appropriate as a customer. While I was waiting for them to service my car, I was looking for other places to take it next time. If it wasnt for the continued horrible behavior by him, I would gladly keep bringing my car there.
