While I appreciate the facility and the staff, I'm not pleased with the work. I took my 2015 Prius, an otherwise very nice driving car in need of new tires, because it was time to replace the tires. I just dropped it off today to again have a vibration and rumble investigated. Should not take 3 visits to get it right.
Friendly staff, answered my questions, called to let me know work was finished ahead of promised time.
The store did a great job by taking care of me the day I came in

The service was great, staff friendly. Work was started before my appointment time. The reason for only 2 stars is this: The day after my oil change, I discovered a puddle of oil under my truck. Further investigation discovered the oil drain plug was not tight. Thank God it didn't fall out while traveling.
I have come to rely on the staff at Schierl for all my cars' service. Job well done, as usual!
