My experience was not impressive at Schierl Tire in 54494, especially being that the business is a large franchise I was shocked.

Wonderful service, on time, professional, and very satisfying. Also a very good price on great tires. I'll be back but not for awhile as the tires are rated at 80,000 miles. In my terms that's just under 3 year.
Had new tires put on Dec 5th. Excellent service. I have most of my auto service from Schierl. Always completed at promised time

The problem turned out to be more difficult than anticipated. You communicated well with us about the delay for parts and the problem.
I am overall happy with the service I have been getting. Had a little wait to get out (one guy working up front and 5 customers present plus the phone ringing) this time but, figured that was a sign you guys do good work.
