1997 toyota 4runner

Called to make an appointment for leaking power steering. Got a call saying it was done, and we could come pick up. When we tried to pick it up, they told us yes the power steering line has a leak.... (we already knew that!) but they never called with a cost to fix it.So we wasted a trip in, and had no use of the vehicle for an extra 2 days.So I guess from now on we will need to be specific and tell them to not just look at it, FIX IT.All other work we have had done has been fine, just dropped the ball on this one.
