Last Minute - Brake Service

As always - WR Team Schierl was topnotch in their customer service dept. For 25+ years I have been having my car(s) serviced there and the professionalism is not to be questioned.

Flat Tire

Cannot say enough about the professionalism and expedited service I received. My tire flatted just as I was passing Schierl. I had a lengthy drive in front of me and Schierl fixed my problem quickly. What I thought was to be a serious delay in my day turned out to be nothing short of a pleasant experience. To say "Thank you" isn't enough. Next time this car needs tires, I'm going to drive from Minnesota just to go to Schierl. I am NOT kidding!

Issues with prices

The overall service is very good but the prices of services, parts, and extc. is overly expensive and would strongly recommend a reduction of prices for services and so on in the future.

Routine service & air bag ligh

Staff pleasant & informative. Very reasonable wait time. Located a recall warranty for my air bag problem and set up communication access to a dealership for me.

The best customer care ever... Very helpful. Took care of me right away and did not only a First Class check of the problem but took time to explain and write every thing down. Which you were here in New Berlin. My friend Bruce Lehr is coming in this week. Tell him I said "Thank You" for the referral
