Not Happy

I spent $100 on a Northern battery that replaced a $148 Interstate battery that was under warranty from last year! I had to go get the replacement myself and now have this extra battery which really should have been the one installed...what a waste of money! Schierl should take back the Northern battery they installed and give me back my $100! Secondly, unless Dustin was having a "Day from Hell", he should really try to smile and be friendly...the crew at Point Schierl has been very good to me over the decades.

Great service!!

I always get my tires at Schierl and have nothing negative to say. Len is a great customer service guy and even took me home while my tires were being put on and he brought me back when the car was ready. Ive had nails in my tires multiple times and they always get me in as soon as psooible to fix them-since I purchased the tires there it is no fee! Totally recommend Schierl.
