Schierl got me in the same day I called about a warning message and light regarding a tire pressure sensor fault. Fixed within an hour. The serviceconsultant was couteous and explained everything.
Service was accomplished in a timely and efficient manor.
Excellent work, friendly staff, could use more counter staff to mminimize long waits at drop-off pick-up. Busy with phone calls and quotes leaving customers with long wait times to be served at counter.
I paid $180.00 and the only work completed was an oil change and tire rotation; the rest was diagnostic time only for them to tell me what I already knew about the brakes and struts. As far as the issue with the lagging engine they couldn't figure out and I was simply charged the disgnostic fee and told to wait until it got worse. The lagging is so pronounced I cant wrap my head around how someone could miss it. Ive been a loyal customer for a few years now, but the fees for this visit are outrageous. I wont be going back.
I love the Wis. Rapids Shierl Tire. I've been a customer for 17 yrs and wouldn't go anywhere else. Only issue I have is their computers are too dependent on the internet. Week before I brought my truck in for a check engine light. But the website that has the diagnostics was down and I had to leave the truck overnight to get it diagnosed. (gave me loaner car but still.. couldn't you have a local copy of the software??) In general their computers are slow - seems to take at least a couple of extra minutes checking out waiting for the computer.

I am very pleased with the service I received. The quoting process is so fast and easy to use. Everyone was really friendly and did a great job working on my vehicle. I will definitely use Schierl Tire again for my future tire needs.
