The people at Schierl Tire on 8th St S in Rapids are always accommodating, welcoming, no nonsense experts when it comes to repairs to my vehicles. They are my #1 stop for anything relating to my vehicles - from tires to maintenance to repairs. The only thing they can't do is body work!
They took great care of me! Friendly and attentive, they let me take control of the repair plan, even though I am a woman who does not speak car. They worked with me and negotiated every step of service. They did not condescend, and the repair bill came out exactly as they had promised. The labor costs were quite reasonable, and they did not add hidden costs. All through, they were positive and helpful. I couldn't be happier.
