Service??

Have a set of tires on my vehicle that I bought at Rapids schierl. Had a nail in one and needed fixing. Went in around mid day and they said they couldn't do anything for a whole week. All I wanted was my wheel replaced with the spare then they could fix the tire at their leisure, shouldn't have taken more than 5 minutes. NO SERVICE AFTER SALE. Went across town to Matthews and they fixed the tire up later that day and I was only there about 15 minutes. Not the first time I've had a problem with service at schierl but it will be the last.
