Didn't get what I paid for

I paid for nitrogen in my tires. Left quickly and didn't notice that I still had black caps on the valves. I called, and they told me that they would check with the person to confirm that I did have nitrogen, but they didn't place the green caps on. Return call said the person no longer was employed. If this person was that bad of employee, why wasn't her work being monitored? She was already gone when I had a complaint. So I had to take my vehicle back to have tires deflated, and nitrogen put in along with green caps put on. I was not happy with a remark that one of the guys gave me. Short and was rude because I questioned how long it would take before car was finished, and how this happened. I was happy with the product but this particular guys attitude sucked. He was not a regular front desk employee. Very intimidating. I would return to this location, but feel I can get just as good of service from Mathews for the same tire, and decent customer service.

Had oil change and tire rotate. It was done on time and the service desk let me know which steps were completed

Thanks for being fair and honest. I went in for new tires and an alignment if needed. The alignment was checked on my truck and I didn't need one. I could have been told that I did.

Did not keep their word.

When I bought 4 truck tires from you the mechanics broke my hub cap. I saw it right away and they were not going to mention it. I showed them and was told they would find me a replacement. Never happened. They dont keep their word and were willing to hide the fact that they broke it. Will be interested if after all this time if they do anything.
