Did great. Explained the cabin filter and showed it to me. Service counter person explained I had a $5.00 of coupon for the filter. Very helpful

Dropped off my car without an appointment and they worked it in and put 4new tires on before noon. So I could go to MN the next day with good tires. Great job.

Oil change/tire rotationn

All the personnel I dealt with were friendly. They were able to give the approximate time of the service and it was done in that amount of time. I really appreciate the courtesy check.

Great service

I was told I was going to be made aware of tires for sale before the grease and oil was started and was not told until after the grease and oil was done. I told them to not rotate the tires unless I purchased two new tires and they rotated the tires and on my back tires have the crap tread so I'm sliding all over the road. I was only given one type of Tire Choice and it was over $100 more than the range I asked for and after the grease and oil was done was told they had to be ordered. A number of times when I've been into the store for grease and oils I get told of items that need to be fixed and then in the future and told the same items are fine on my vehicle. Which makes a person question if the items really need to be fixed or if they're just being price gouge with non-existent problems.

Took longer than expected

Was told installation of new tires would be about an hour, it took 2 and no communication during the 2 hours.
