Generally, I really like the service and personnel at the Medford location. They fumbled the ball this time, however. I called to make sure my truck service was complete before I headed into town to pick it up. I was told that the truck was being lowered off the lift and should be ready in 20 minutes or so. That was great news, as I was returning from an out of town trip and had about 20 minutes left. When I got to the location, they informed me it would be 45 minutes more because one of their machines wasn't working properly. I was also told to return in a couple of days to check a fluid level. This was necessary due to the equipment malfunction. I'm not upset and I understand malfunctions happen and are beyond our control most of the time, BUT a little investigation between the front desk and the service technicians would have saved me from watching Gunsmoke reruns. BTW, the popcorn was great and the soda was cold!

Excellent friendly team workers, liked the hospitality items (popcorn, bev.) for the wait in the lounge area. Clean business too. Great job everyone!
