Highly Disappointed

My car was returned to me with a foot long smear of tar along the driver side door sill and across my carpeting from someone's boot. The Tire Pressure Monitoring system was brought to their attention and then diagnosed and never repaired so it has to go back in. I replaced my own cabin air filter cause they couldn't get the fram fresh breeze so well I was at it I checked my engine air filter only to find a huge rats nest that was some how overlooked also the throttle body connection wasn't tightened and popped off so I had to fix that after I removed the nest. They spilled power steering fluid all over my engine cover. To top it off they had my car a week and a half and it was absolutely covered in dust and dirt. I don't even know what to say other than I'm mad as heck. . . .

Over priced parts

Normally I really like you guys and have recommended you to others. That has just stopped. When you want to charge me over $420 for a simple part that I can get for $60, that's where I draw the line!

oil change, what happened.

Went to get an oil change that happened, but now my cruise control don,t work and some other hazard problem light.
