When I called I was told they would fix my tire by the end of the day. I went to pick it up and they had not even looked at my tire. Now Im stuck for the weekend. If they didnt have time to do the work, they should have just said so. Giving me a chance to go elsewhere.
I was passing through Medford and picked up a large fastener that made my tire go flat. I stopped in to the Medford location and they not only had fast and very friendly service, they did it at no charge to me. Can't tell you how much I appreciated that act of kindness. Steve Schutte

They scheduled us for the day after we called and completed the service in the time communicated. Cant ask for much more than that, can you?
