It was good. We were able to get the truck inspected and repaired same day and they worked with me on sending the estimate so I could view the repairs. Gave options on recommendations. I think the labor was a touch high on the repair but overall a good experience

Happy Accident
Driving on the 405N. Low tire pressure light flashed. I Google Mapped the nearest tire shop. Pep Boys & Mountain View Tire. I've been going to Pep Boys in Costa Mesa for years so that's where I wentTheir parking lot & mechanic bays were full broken down cars. But there was only one mechanic on duty. The frazzled attendant said minimum 5 hours & $60.00 I looked across the street and saw Mountain View Tire. They seemed busy as well but I saw at least 3 mechanics on duty. When I got inside their shop also looked SO much more clean and organized.Assistant Manager Robert Castro was friendly and fast. He came out and looked at my tire and saw screw had punctured my tire. He said 1 hour or less and $25.00. 48 minutes later I was back on the freeway. WOW!It was a random coincidence but I just found my new shop. I'm going here from now on.
