I brought my car in for a standard oil change and it was far from standard. My car has only had its oil changed from this location and the service manager said my oil pan is stripped out and will need new threads. Oil pans are aluminum and require a torque specification. If a mechanic over tightens the bolt, it will strip out which exactly what they did. Did not offer to replace the oil pan and had to keep my car over night due to their mistake. There was no offer of compensation and when questioning why this happened they got agitated and combative with me. My family and I have been going to this location for years and now we will no longer give them our business.
Jake was very friendly and helpful.
