I like the fact I can go in and just get oil changed and not get hassel by selling or pressured by recommendations needed to get done. I truly appreciate their suggestions and will be back to get it done.
Getting new tires is about as exciting as filling the car up with gas. When it's time to bite the bullet, I'm typically filled with suspicion for what I will hear from a sales person who doesn't always have my best interest in mind. That isn't the case here. A business is only as good as its people and Jonathon represented well. My concerns were heard and I felt respected as a female customer. Once making his recommendations, I verified what he said with another expert and he was spot on. I like dealing with professionals who you know are trustworthy, and in the event that something goes wrong, you know they will work with you and do what is fair. I value a company that does business this way.
The service was done promptly and customer service was positive.
The guys at Mountain View Goodyear are always polite and professional. They are willing to explain any issues and are extremely honest about which repairs are really needed.

I had a great experience at MV Tire. I ended up needing a lot more work than expected which is always a tough pill to swallow. Matt and the MV team did a great job thoroughly explaining what was needed and why. This gave me a feeling of trust and honesty. My truck was so much better off after they took care of it.
The entire team at Mountain View Tires is always helpful and there for you. That is why I take all 4 of our Automobiles to them. They care!
