Originally asked to have oil change but noted I needed tires rotated, the gentleman said no problem we can work that in, polite and did in timely manner.

Came in for a oil change for 23$. Was charged 69$ because they thought I needed full synthetic. Check next time before you charge me 3x the amount....

Honest, fair, great customer service
Matthew's tire in Menasha went above and beyond. I am a busy full time mother and Nurse working regular business hours. I noticed that my oil light went on and could not get into my dealer for my oil change promptly. I work by Matthew's and they actually came and got my vehicle from work, changed the oil, and had it ready to go by the time I was done with work. This was VERY MUCH APPRECIATED!!

Needed a quick fix of a headlight bulb. They showed my why the "one size fits all" auto store were loose and did NOT fit properly. Replaced and on my way. Excellent job. Thanks.
