I had a good experience. I was driving past and pulled in to see if I could get a head lamp replaced. You had the part(s) I needed and put me into the (short) queue for service. Your prompt availability for the day saved my appointments. Your customer service attendant was exceptional.
Thank you for taking such great care of my car. It is always a positive experience with Sean, Jason, Monica, Craig and they take good care of employees. Car is always running great and the price is right. We switched to Matthews from a VERY large car dealer in the valley and it has only been positive. No rip offs and never a need to call back to complain. Matthews is where it is at.
