Matthews Tire

totally baffled

had the ball joints done at another place. took it to matthews for the alignment. something was wrong after that. found 4 of the 5 front left lug nuts loose. matthews sez it doesn't touch them. so it must have been the place before them. if they were loose does this mean the alignment is no good? i tightened them myself. i still need those tires balanced but don't know what to do now.

Timely service, called to advice of adjustments and called upon completion. When came to pick up vehicle I questioned the amount of oil on the invoice. I said I thought my car required 6 qts. of oil not 5 as stated on the bill. Adviser assured me 5 was correct. After arriving home and checked my manual whiched showed 6 qts. for my V8. When checking the dipstick it was confirmed low on oil. Disappointed....
