They did an excellent job getting me in and taking care of all the needs quickly and professionally. I enjoy doing service with them, everyone is friendly and helpful in a timely manner.

Always good service but was a bit concerned this time as the mechanic noted our power steering fluid was "very dirty" and recommended it be changed. however Matthews changed the PS fluid in November 2017. I find it hard to believe it would have gotten dirty in 3 months unless they actually didn't change it in November as stated.

Oil Chan/tire rotate/slow leak

Have been having issues with low tire pressure. Was on a trip from Wis to FLa to NYC back home. Had a friction plug installed in passenger rear in Fla. Still having issues with low pressure. They re-plugged tire at NO CHARGE to me - with no issues to date.

I went in for a tire repair. They did fix the tire and were professional. I wish they would have checked the air pressure in the other tires as well as I had to make a second stop to fill the rest of the tires up

Worst mechanics ever

Took our truck in for a break inspection and new lines, noo one seemed to know what exactly wad wrong, tho I thought thay was the point of an INSPECTION. $680 later, we have only obe set of lines changed out. Breaks still are questionable. When we picked it up they told us they wouldn't drive it and offered us their tow service. What a joke.
