Matthews did a great job, as always! Did what was expected with no surprises and for a reasonable cost.

Brake down

I called around noon on a Wednesday they said they would be able to look at it but probably wont be able to work on it until the next day. I was fine with that and happy since I didnt have an appointment. They called me and said sorry looking more like tomorrow it will be done. Once again I understand. They called at 530 on Wednesday and said they. They tried to get it done since they knew it was my work vehicle. Outstanding customer service!

I have had a very loud car for sometime and was told by other places that I needed a new exhaust but I brought it in for Sean to look at it and it was a simple fix. I did not need a new exhaust. So thank you Matthews tire for the great service

One more time for the T-Bird

I bought a 1997 T-Bird with the intent I'd drive it a while then use it as a first car for my two daughters. It did that. Then I used it a while. Then loaned to the kids when theirs were down. I wanted to sell it but just thought it might come in handy. It mostly sat for a few years. Now my daughter is in a jam and needs a car. The guys at Matthews got it running again and my "kid" has transportation. In dog years that car is 147 years old and hasn't been cared for lately. Great job to get it going again!Sean and Jason have done a great job on a couple of old clunkers for me lately. I know I can count on a fair shake and a good job every time.

Alignment or New Tires

I came in with a shimmy in the steering wheel and pull left. I expected the car needed an alignment. The associate at Mathews went out with me and looked at the wheels/tires saw cracks and a split. He suggested new tires. They would check the alignment free with the tires. He then gave me four options and worked with me for a good price. After they put the new tires on, there was no more shimmy or pull, and now we have safe tires. Alignment test was good, so I did not have to pay for that. I am a very satisfied customer
