Over priced service for what is considered normal. Tried to sell me way more than I needed that wasn't even related to the problem I needed fixed. Only went here because it was the closest repair shop that could fit me in. Similar experience a few months ago..needed $435 worth of repairs...tried to sell me $1200 more. Not a satisfied customer.
Picked out my tires shipped them out and the Nextel day I had my tires on. Quick and easy to work with.
They're always friendly, do a great job, and never try to upsell me extra services I don't need.
I have been using Matthews Tire for our tires, oil changes and other auto repair for years. They are extremely helpful and friendly at every visit.
