Very happy with the staff and mechanics at Matthews Auto Service Center - Green Bay, Wi.

Simple service

Glad I was able to receive an oil change since it was overdue on my vehicle. Pleased with the no contact service for drop off and pick up. Disappointed that your computer did not operate correctly to figure out labor costs for simple fix on vehicle. It was also the free service you could not complete. Felt like you did not want to try to do the service since even asking technician what labor cost was and still no ability to complete the service. Did want to offer another service that cost me over $350. I guess at a time that communities are helping each other I would have expected more effort towards helping others in difficult situations.
