We ran into a stone wall at the dealers and Matthews was able to take care of our problem. Fine work, very friendly staff. Dave was great.

Excellent Service

I had gone to Mathews to get an oil change and my tires rotated. They found a problem with the Lugnuts on my tires. They explain to me what the problem was and said that they could get new ones for me and a half hours time or so. Very very nice and explained everything to me and ITrusted them enough to be fair with me they always have been!

It Got Fixed

The low tire pressure light came on and I checked the pressure, it was low. I knew there was a leak. I went to Matthews since I bought the tires there. I learned the sensor for low pressure was bad and it was the cause of the leak. I thought the price to repaired it was high; $100. However, I dont have a benchmark.

I think the email with pictures showing the issues at hand is great transparency. Quick and fast service. Very professional.

Excellent as usual. Problem with tire pressure sensor was corrected at no extra cost except labor.

I have always been very satisfied with the service afforded to me. Appreciate the extra information that was given as requested. However, I am going to forego any extra work for a few months due to the present health situation.
