I had an unexpected leak in my tire. I called and was told to drop my car off before they closed and they would take a look. By 730 I had a call of what was wrong and the repair cost. By 830 my car was ready Christmas Eve. Excellent service and care! Michael put me at ease when I dropped my car off.

Went in for tires and an oil change scheduled way in advance. The oil change was never set up, I have to go back to do it. Not the norm so I'll take it as a one-off for missing the oil change but it confirms I need to confirm the work I'm penciled in for.
