Always Great Service

When I walked in for my oil change they had me down for the next day, but I said that I am not available the next day and would have to reschedule. The front desk staff said that they can see what they can do, and they did my oil change that day, and it was less than 1 hour wait time. The staff are very helpful, friendly, and professional. I have been going to Matthew's Tire for years, and I will continue to go there. I have never had an issue there.

They did an excellent job and very timely with the problem we had. Very good service and friendly.

Service Not Completed

Specifically set up an appointment for my brakes. Since the car was going to be there anyway I asked for a tire rotation and oil change.Left car there overnight. They said they would call with what was needed. I didn't get a call until 2 in the afternoon the next day. I actually called around noon because they hadn't called. Told me they didn't look at it yet. When they finally got ahold of me told me the Rear brakes needed work, the fronts were good yet but that they couldn't work on it that day, all I got was an estimate. They got the oil change in and tire rotation but I would have to come back another day for the brakes.WHAT??? I specifically came in for the brakes. They said they were behind. Well someone should have told me that and not set up the appointment. I could have come a different day.Its not easy to get over there and I have to put other people out for rides until I get the car back. I have all my work done here.That was just RUDE.

Great service. They were quite busy but managed to get me in to have flat tire replaced.

Service was completed as promised and ahead of schedule. The service desk staff are always friendly and honest. I trust the work will be done in an expert manner.
