The guys I interacted with, Tom and Ian, were great to work with. Very cheerful and helpful. Readily gave updates without request and were more than willing to assist in getting a rebate Goodyear offered. I will both return to and recommend Matthews Tire on Oneida.

Tire Replacement

I had a flat and was happy they were able to get a new tire quickly and get me on my way.

I have a lot of confidence in Matthews to be helpful and honest. Those are the two biggest things to me. I had them try to beat a quote from my dealer and they honestly said it's not bad what they quoted. But Pat wanted to do a little investigating to see if the problem might be something else. He also researched another option before I even came in for the tires on my wife's car. You can tell when someone is interested or just doing their job. Everyone I dealt with was trying to help.

Car Inspection

Did a very good job on inspecting the Rav 4. Now I know what work has to be done on Vehicle and can proceed with repairs. Have inspection sheets and costs to repair. Thank You David Schisel
