Very friendly and explains very well what needed to be done.

Satisfied with the service for car, but not service for the customer. Tried to get a COLD soda, machine is on a timer. Really, Mr Matthews????

Service was great. I did have a coupon for my oil chg. But was not given it because they forgot- their answer was we'll get you nexr time. Was not to happy with that answer, I would have liked immediate action. How do I know this will be done on my next visit!!

New tire

The people who helped me were very nice. Just 1 word of advice for them, make note if you have trouble with getting a tire on a rim so next time you can order a few extra right away. Because of the type i had it took them a couple of days and multiple tires to get 1 on. Thanks for your continued efforts. Will continue to come back due to the pleasant experience.

Great service from the time I walked in the door to the time I left. Everything was explained to me and I was able to call back later to schedule another problem that needed attention.
