The guys at Matthews Tire on Oneida St. in Green Bay are always professional, kind and trustworthy. They're NEVER high pressure sales people (biggest plus in my opinion), but will honestly share when consideration should given to different parts/service, based on safety and my specific use. I ALWAYS use Matthews Tire and Auto for all my vehicle needs. :)
Great service. They went so far as checking my model car for 60K maintenance recommendations and providing me a list with the estimated price per service needed. They also performed a long list of inspections in a very reasonable time frame. All this for a 25 buck oil change.I'm impressed.
People are competent and pleasant. Prices and service are good. Place is comfortable. I like it!
Great customer service and they got my repairs all done in a day. To top it all off, they gave me a military discount by noticing my sticker in the back window. I was not expecting that at all.
