I use to be a Pomp's Customer. The sales person was always putting the wrong size tires on my vehicles because they never had the correct sizes in stock. Your staff is ALWAYS very customer service driven and does an excellent job even when they are extremely busy. Keep up the good work, I appreciate it!!

tire change

i thought $28 was very high to plug a tire with a nail..I am new to this area and It usually costs me about $10-15. The high price turned me off. Plus saying I need 4 new tires before winter with 25,000 miles on them turned me off. Wont be back.

The team at Matthew's is always friendly. They answer all of our questions in a timely manner and make sure we are completely satisfied each visit! If you haven't tried Matthew's tire and auto, you need to visit them and see what they can do for you. Excellent customer service and competitive pricing on all services.

Great...but

Always great service at Matthews & I understand charging to diagnose issues if you don't get the work done BUT at the point I have Matthews perform the job I don't think the diagnostic charge should apply! Even cutting the charge in half if you get the work done would be better.
