Got our van in on the Friday of a holiday weekend, for a needed oil change. Fast, great service.
I am traveling to 2 states for the 1st time alone and wanted the staff to check over my car. They were very thorough and found a leak in a gasket but assured me I would be fine for my trip. Since my car is still under warranty, they suggested I call right away and make appointment for when I get back, which I did.I trust The staff at Matthews Tire and they are so honest and caring.
I always enjoy working with Tom. He (the others too) make you feel welcome and important. Always a nice conversation is had. Oh yes, the work was terrific!
Matthew's did a great job on my Silverado. The explanation of what was wrong and what was needed to fix it was very detailed and didn't contain any "extras" that other place may throw in. The staff is friendly and courteous and I enjoyed the loaner Buicallac.
