As is with every time I've been in for service, this was no exception. Staff were courteous and helpful, pointing out options for tires and other maintenance services. I opted only for the service and they didn't attempt to pressure me any further to purchase the tires (even though I'll likely be back for them in the near future).
Did a great job. Friendly and professional employees. Price was about expected. And service done in time.
The guys at the Green Bay shop did a great job as always (Thomas, John). Always feel comfortable with the advice.
We just had new Goodyear Weather ready tires installed ahead of this big blizzard, and we love them! The customer service at Matthews was excellent, and we will take all of our vehicles to them.
I really feel that these Guys know their cars and trucks. They are very knowledgeable and take care of my problems and concerns. They know me and I know them. Over the years we have created a very good relationship. They treat me fairly and my vehicle is always done on time. They always offer me a ride to work. Most of the time however I walk. I would and do recommend to my friends and family to take their car to Matthews. Thank you to all the guys at Matthews that take care of all my vehicles!!!!
