not impressed
I came in after calling requesting a quote for front breaks, they insisted to inspect it, even though it was apparent they needed to be replaced and then called and told me it would be $500 to replace the front breaks and roters. After telling them thanks but no thanks I'll pick up the car they called back saying they could do it for $400 and would I rather that again I said thanks but no thanks....My boyfriend went to pick up the keys to find out they had several things on the bill that were "needed" but were in fact not. I've gone in before and they've pointedly talked to him instead of me about my car but this instance has been the nail in the coffin. I won't be coming back except to get the free alignment for the tires I bought this fall. I don't appreciate being taken advantage of or talked over.
