Slow leak

Took my car in for a slow leak in one tire. A small nail was found and tire repaired. So far, tire pressure has remained stable.

Let down

My oil change appointment was for 12:30, however work on my vehicle didn't even start until 12:50. When all was said and done, I sat in the waiting area for over an hour with 3 kids! And to make matters worse, my windshield washer fluid was never filled which was so empty that my warning light was on! I had to return to have it filled with only a "sorry". Makes me wonder what other services or fluids were not provided during my appointment.
