Matthews Tire

Sad but true

I've been a customer of matthews for more than 10 years. I've even recommended them to several people, but after several disappointing visits, I'm going elsewhere. My wife went in for an oil change and it took over 1 1/2 hours and she had a scheduled appointment which was not on time, not to mention she had our three kids with her who as you know get impatient, and they didn't check the washer fluids which is part of the service. So I got my oil changed on Friday September 21st, and they forgot to reset the oil life meter and I had an oil leak when I got home due to untightened oil filter. I've heard good things about Auto Aces and I'm gonna give them a whirl, maybe you should consider as well.

Excellent as Usual

I needed to get new tires for Matilda, my '16 Grand Caravan. We talked about the Goodyear Touring, but I ended up with the WeatherReady ones, and they are simply awesome.I didn't get the estimate for the struts/shocks that I asked for, but with the new tires, the handling issues went away.They did all the maintenance on my '04 Sedona, and ir has 425K miles on it. I won't trust my Caravan to anyone else.
