Oil change and alignment

Customer service was friendly, reliable and fast. I was done within an hour and a half time and they have the lowest alignment cost in the Fox Valley that I've been able to find, but this review is only for the shop located on: 2930 W College Ave, Appleton, WI 54914

The problem I was having them look over they did not find or hear. I asked them to drive it up to a certain mph due to the noise being heard at the rate. They did not do this because they would have heard it. I drove it home and heard my problematic noise right away. Disappointed this time, will go else where.

Dropped in for an oil change and a repair quote on something squeaking in the rear of the car. Everything was done quickly and front desk service was friendly. Thanks again!

Matthews did a fabulous and timely job of securing and replacing a somewhat specialized tire in a short period of time!

5 stars. Every time I bring my vehicle in Matthews Tire of Appleton goes over and above to take care of me I called last minute and they got me in and I was in and out in 25 minutes there are awesome I will keep coming back

Wheel change

Brought my car in for an alignment and swapping wheels. Service was fast, however I had to return due to the TPS sensors not being programmed. I understand they have a schedule, however I am sitting and waiting for something that should have been done the first time. In my line of work, a mistake made has the highest priority to be corrected. It takes a few minutes to reprogram the TPS sensors as I have had it done previously and witnessed the process, however I am not being treated like a priority.
