I brought my 2002 chrysler prowler to matthews because I had a low tire indication. I had it diagnosed as a sensor in the right rear tire. I purchased a factory replacement for it and took it to matthews for replacement. I am very particular about my classic cars. They treated it like it was their very own. Matthews removed the tire, replaced the sensor and since they didn't have to remove the tire, there was no need of rebalancing the wheel. This saved me time and money. Did a great job in record time. I will be sure to keep them in mind next time I need service. I have attended many of their car shows. Always a great time.

Great service, friendly staff. Price was good for installing the tires. They were very accomodating to my schedule. I will go here again when needed.

Recent oil change

As usual, the front staff was very accommodating and friendly. The work performed was timely and they also checked and replaced the cabin filter and air filter after they pointed out they needed to be changed. I have come to trust the service at Matthew's

Bad tire

Had a bad experience here during my visit before this one. Wrong oil was put in my car and I had some engine oil leaking that I believe had to do with the wrong oil being put in my car. Matthews denied responsibility. I decided to give Matthews a second chance. During the visit on 8/4/18 I had an appointment for new tires. I was told that it would be a 1 hour appointment but it took 3 hours 30 minutes. I had to complain a lot before I was offered a free alignment for my wait. I took my car when it was 'finished' and car pulled severely to the right although I was told I needed the alignment so I had to go back to the shop. I ended up having to cancel my other morning plans. After much more hassling, test driving and switching tires around, I have to go back to get a new tire since they THINK one of the tires is faulty and they did not have another new one in stock. I hope these tire issues don't show up in the future. I had no issues with my alignment before Matthews.
